In January 2017, sixty-nine new employees from TAKREER successfully completed a workplace training program aimed at helping trainees develop their English language and soft skills capacity.

The program included modules on Business English, English for Oil and Gas, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Face-to-Face Communication, Creative Thinking, and Office Etiquette.  These modules were designed to enhance entry-level skills development as preparation for working in the Oil and Gas sector.

After the successful completion of the program, trainees moved on to more specialized technical training with a focus on their specific career tracks.
