Emiratization Programs

Since its establishment, the UAE Academy takes pride in its contribution to the integration and placement of Emiratis into the UAE’s local workforce in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Through the wide range of its offerings, the UAE Academy was able to provide a unique value proposition by designing comprehensive training and development programs that fit the specific Emiratization needs of organizations.

Toward this end, the UAE Academy has demonstrated its full commitment to the nationalization of the UAE workforce, in full alignment with the Abu Dhabi 2030 Economic Vision.

IBDAA “إبداع” Program

Targets fresh graduates and aims to prepare them to join the workforce. Initially it was in collaboration with the Ministry of Presidential Affairs and later with Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council.

TAJDEED “تجديد”  Program

Targets retirees and aims to prepare them to rejoin the workforce. In collaboration with the Ministry of Presidential Affairs.

DAEEM “داعم”  Program

In collaboration with Zayed Higher Organization and aims to prepare people with determination to join the workforce, or provide further support to those already working.

Minors Development Program
"تمكينك بين يديك"

In collaboration with Minors Affairs, and aims to enable minors to take control of their affairs.

Riyada "ريادة"  Program

In collaboration with Abu Dhabi Chamber and aims to identify, support and nurture promising entrepreneurs.

Absher "أبشر"  Program

Under the patronage of
H. H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed and the sponsorship of Abu Dhabi Chamber, this program provides training opportunities for Emiratis in the private sector.

Office Administrators Development Program

In collaboration with ADNOC, this program aims to upskill office administrators to enable them to effectively perform their job tasks.

Explorer Program

In collaboration with ADNOC, and aims to prepare selected employees to take on a supervisory role by providing them with the essential leadership and management skills.

Business Center Development Program

In collaboration with the Department of Economic Development, this program aims to develop the comprehensive skills of Business Centers’ employees.
