Abu Dhabi (October 05, 2017) – UAE Academy is proud to announce its participation in WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017, which will be held from 15 to 18 October at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) under the patronage of His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017 aims to inspire young people to study technical education and vocational skills for entrepreneurship or their career, in line with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision. It will include a skills’ competition in which young people from 77 member countries and regions will come to Abu Dhabi to compete in 51 skill competitions.

The event is organized by Abu Dhabi Center for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET) and EmiratesSkills.
