On 28 January 2018, UAE Academy in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank launched the second batch of the UAE Nationals Specialized Trainees Program, in which 18 employees from ADCB will undergo a workplace-training program aimed at helping them develop their interpersonal skills and improve their knowledge in the field of banking. The program has been designed in collaboration with the Training & Development Department at ADCB and it includes various assessment methods, including an On-Job Assignment.

After the successful completion of the program, the participants will resume their work at ADCB with a focus on their specific career tracks.
