During November 2017, UAE Academy organized a number of workshops for women and youth employees at ADNOC LNG. The one-day workshops were designed specifically to provide a comprehensive and experiential dive into important interpersonal skills such as assertive communications, emotional intelligence, influencing skills, and the importance of teamwork within an organization. The main purpose of these workshops was to introduce the four pillars of ADNOC: People, Performance, Profitability and Efficiency and guide the participants on how to align their performance to these pillars
