January 2018, UAE Academy organized a number of workshops for female employees at ADNOC LNG. The one-day workshops titled ‘Do You Dare?’ focused on self-management skills and strategies individuals can use to direct their own activities towards the achievement of objectives. It will enable them to close the gap between “can use” and “do use” through self-management. It will take them on a journey of self-management and self-development maximizing their potential.
